Service Description

By Booking, I hereby agree & understand that I am responsible for all individuals and participants present during the scheduled reservation and I am responsible for any and all damage to the facilities, building, or surrounding grounds. I agree and understand the Elevate Training Gym waiver, rules, and expectations. I have read the below stated waiver, rules and expectations and understand that said party must comply with all. WAIVER, RULES & EXPECTATIONS ● USE OF GYM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK ● Coaches, Trainers, & Parents are responsible for the actions of their children inside ELEVATE. ● Park in designated ELEVATE spaces or in the front of the building outside the gate. ● No food or drinks on the court. ● Appropriate gym shoes only. ● No pets of any kind allowed inside ELEVATE. ● No hanging on rims or nets. ● Loft area for management only. ● ELEVATE basketballs and training equipment are provided as a courtesy and should not be taken home with you. ● You are responsible for being on time to your reserved court time and respect others who have the court after you. ● Leave ELEVATE how you found it by putting away equipment and throwing away trash. ● Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ● Failure to observe ELEVATE TRAINING GYM rules will result in the loss of access privileges. ● Treat ELEVATE TRAINING GYM and the provided equipment as if it were your own… with respect.
